Founders Profile

Dr Toyin Embassey is an accomplished human resource professional with 20 years of relevant experience, as well as a researcher focused on the girl child, women & leadership, organizational leadership, and employee engagement facilitating women empowerment and providing short and long-term assistance to abuse victims; such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, financial or psychological abuse, and then help to assist them in reintegrating into society through immediate and longstanding support via the provision of shelter, clothing, food, as well as various financial and empowerment training and counselling sessions. In December 1993, Dr Embassey earned an Ordinary National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Bauchi in Nigeria. In July 1998, Dr Embassey earned a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic in Ilaro, Nigeria. In July 2012, Dr Embassey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Sunderland in Sunderland, the United Kingdom. In November 2013, Dr Embassey went on to earn a master's degree in International Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich in London, United Kingdom Additionally, in August 2022, Dr Embassey graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Alliant International University in the United States, specializing in psychology, education, business, forensics, and law. Dr Embassey has several publications including ' the effect of Covid-19 on black minority women in the USA, and the woman long road to Leadership among others. She has authored a book titled " WORTHY A Woman adventures to merited Leadership Her passion for helping girls and women that are vulnerable led to the birth of the Eve Generation Foundation, with collaborations with her husband and her friends Eve Generation Foundation currently have over 100 vulnerable girls with ‘ REMOTE PARENTING ‘ experience. These girls can enjoy the joy of Parenthood.
